Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and roughly chopped (leave seeds for extra heat)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon olive oil for extra creaminess

Directions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients: Combine avocados, jalapeño, sour cream, cilantro, garlic, cumin, lime juice, and olive oil (if using) in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust the Flavor: Taste the dip and season with salt and black pepper to your preference. Add more lime juice for tanginess or jalapeño for extra spice.
  3. Chill and Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or grilled meats.
