
Ingredients:
- 300g broccoli florets
 - 300g sliced mushrooms
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
Recipe:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
 - Add broccoli and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
 - Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start browning.
 - Stir-fry everything together for another minute.
 - Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices.
