Ingredients:

  • 1 kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 hot pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of salt, black pepper, chicken spices, curry powder, and turmeric. Set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
  3. In the same pan, add the chopped onion and cook until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the chopped tomato, cooking cream, chicken broth, and curry powder. Stir well to combine.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and add the cubed butter. Simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over white rice.
